    .
On 10/23/2012 at 9:43AM PST I dialed (800) 436-0817 to contact Privacy Matters. A supervisor Dana answered my call and I asked to please speak to Kim as supervisor Amber instructed me to call back this morning and to speak to Kim. Dana said without an extension number he would have no idea who Kim was or how I could possibly talk to her. I informed Dana that Kim must be a decision maker at Privacy Matters, Dana was still unable to transfer my call to Kim. I then asked to speak to Amber as she was a lot more willing to help with my issue and Dana stated he does not know any supervisor named Amber either. Dana placed me on hold and when he returned Dana stated Privacy Matter does not care about any customer complaints and will not speak to me in regards of gaining any kind of resolution for their customers because it was not Privacy Matter's business policy to address and such customer complaints. Dana stated the record of the call was reference number 154103. I did explain do Dana before he hung up on me that all interactions are publicly recorded and documented on Privacy Matter's public profile so anyone can see how they handle business and the how they treat customers and customer complaints. At 9:50AM PST I called back by dialing (800) 436-0817 yet again to contact Privacy Matters. This time Sharron answered my call and I asked Sharron to please speak to Kim. Sharron asked me what it was regarding and I stated Privacy Matters public profile on Scambook with some unresolved customer complaints that I needed to bring to the attention of a decision maker of Privacy Matters such as Kim. Sharron put me on hold when she came back Sharron stated that Privacy Matters does not handle any kind of customer complaints and that the most definitely will not address them especially over the phone. Sharron stated if I was to write a letter that maybe they would at least read it. I will take Sharron's advice and send a letter as well as email communications. It is very obvious that Privacy Matters is beyond well aware of their public profile on Scambook and Privacy Matters does know about the unresolved customer complaints as I have involved many representatives and supervisors. Privacy Matters has made the decision to avoid this and pretend to ignore these serious issues.

Information about Privacy Matters was first submitted to Scambook on Aug 31, 2013. Since then the page has accumulated 4 consumer complaints. On average users reported $501.24 of damages. Scambook's investigation team reached out to this company a total of 3 times, Scambook Investigators last contacted them on Oct 23, 2012.
